Cannot really complain about us having to run with only two of our own tonight can we?

The whole sport in this country is knackered and what we have is all that there is left...
Given the number of injuries for both teams the number of guests was unavoidable.

Is there anyway next year when BV sign riders that they could include in their contract that if they want to double with a championship club ,in the event of a clash of fixtures BV take priority, this would not lose them any money and would avoid this evenings ridiculous situation ,and put the ball in Glasgows court and look after BV interests .

The Colts won 51-39 on the night but lost by 4 on aggregate.

Such a shame it all ended like this. I'm just glad that Glasgow didn't profit from this utter shambles. Dan & Jack should have been riding for us tonight. That's what you get for leaving all these KO Cup meetings till the seasons end. What would have happened if our meet tonight had been rained off? It would have screwed Eastbourne's first leg tomorrow night. Could they have fitted all three meetings in next week?

Well done to Mildenhall on beating a League Select team on agg. Good luck in the final...I think you'll need it.

The regulations set out the various conditions for doubling up riders as to which club gets precedence when there is a clash of fixtures. You couldn't have a riders contact which imposed conditions which are contrary to those rules.
